When you are in the Karoo bush there is a wealth of things to see.
The farm is home to several indigenous game species, including Gemsbok, Zebra, Rooi Hartebees, Vaal Reebok, and Springbok as well as smaller inhabitants, such as Karoo Dassies and wild Baboons. During the rainy season (June – September) much of the arid veld becomes wetland – and seasonal home to a variety of migrating birdlife.
Discover the rugged kloof, enjoy a sundowner at the hide or swim in the natural rock pool – and watch in awe as the six pairs of endangered Black Eagles soar above their nests on the sun-baked rocks.
